1. P2P trading rules for users who publish their ads
 

1. It is forbidden to create such ads, the purpose of which is to interfere with other users.
2. It is forbidden to reject deal requests without a valid reason.
3. It is forbidden not to pay for a deal without a valid reason.
4. It is forbidden to pay for a deal through conducting a parallel deal on Totalcoin or another P2P platform.
5. It is forbidden to publish an ad with a favorable price for the taker and then change it to a less favorable price in order to mislead the taker.
6. It is forbidden to choose nicknames that promote third-party trading platforms, to mention such platforms in the terms of the deal, to promote them in the chat of the deal.
7. It is prohibited to increase the number of successful deals by conducting fictitious deals.
8. It is forbidden to embezzle funds if the buyer did not have time, could not or forgot to press the confirmation button, but made payment in accordance with the terms of the deal. You will be obliged to return the funds to the buyer or conduct a new deal for the same amount at the same rate or at the current rate at the time of the new deal, if the exchange rate has changed.
9. It is forbidden to embezzle funds, if the buyer transferred a larger amount than was originally specified in the deal, or mistakenly made a transfer more than once. The issue of refund is solved by the administration on an individual basis.
10. It is forbidden to embezzle funds if the buyer has transferred less than the amount originally specified in the deal, unless it was done for fraudulent purposes. If such situations occur, it is necessary to return the money to the buyer or conduct the deal for the amount actually sent. 15. It is forbidden to deliberately complicate the terms of the deal in order to mislead users and embezzle their funds. The absence or presence of a certain comment to the payment cannot be a reason to refuse to refund the buyer.
16. Any attempts to change the terms of the deal after it has started, including changes in price, amount of the deal and payment details are prohibited, except for the situations when incorrect payment details have been provided initially by mistake, and it is impossible to make the transfer.
17. When creating ads, you must fully understand the risks associated with a particular payment system and assume them. A delay in payment due to the fault of the payment system cannot be a reason to cancel the deal and refuse to refund the buyer.
18. You have the right to withdraw from the deal and fully refund the money to the buyer if you are not sure of the safety of the deal or for other good reasons, e.g. due to an error in the ad price. You have the right to refuse the deal and not to return the money to the buyer in case of severe breach of the terms of the deal on the part of the buyer.
19. You have the right to request proof from the buyer that the transfer of funds was made by them personally from their personal account. If the buyer fails or refuses to do so, you will be required to return the funds to the account from which the transfer was made.
20. Remember that the more detailed you describe the terms of the deal, the less disputes occur in p2p trading.
21. The terms of the deal must comply with these rules, otherwise they are invalid.
22. The administration of Totalcoin reserves the right to offer a compromise solution to disputable situations.

 
2. Common rules of P2P trading
 

1. Any attempts to scam or defraud users are prohibited.
2. Any attempt to recall funds after successful completion of the deal is prohibited.
3. Money transfers through third parties, that are unrelated to a deal, are prohibited. The seller has the right to request proof that the transfer is made personally by the buyer.
4. It is forbidden to embezzle funds received by mistake from another user. Violation of the terms and conditions of the deal is not considered an error. 
5. It is forbidden to initiate a deal in order to block the seller's funds.
6. You may not create accounts that discredit other users or Totalcoin in any way.
7. It is forbidden to send fake payment documents.
8. Threats and disclosure of personal information are prohibited.
9. Communication in the transaction chat should be mutually respectful, without insults and provocations.
10. You are prohibited to impersonate Totalcoin employees or representatives. It is forbidden to use the words Totalcoin, Moderator, Administrator and derivatives of them in your nickname.
11. Advertising of any third-party sites and trading platforms is prohibited.
12. It is forbidden to offer to make a deal outside the Totalcoin system.

 
3. Punishments

1. The following penalties are provided for violation of the rules: warning, restriction of the ability to create ads, revocation of PRO status, wallet blocking, account blocking. All penalties may be temporary or permanent.
2. Penalties may apply to other accounts of the same user, as well as to accounts using the same payment details used by the rule violator.
3. Compensation of material damage to the affected party is a prerequisite for revocation of punishment.
4. The choice of punishment depends on the severity of the offense, the damage caused, and the number and severity of previous offenses.
